Student Verification

Getting your free student account set up is incredibly simple! Just follow these quick steps to unlock your access:

1. Create Your Account

If you are creating a brand new account, make sure to select Student during the registration process.

2. Use Your School Email

Fill out your information and be sure to use your official school email address.

3. Verify Your Email

Once your account is created, head over to SettingsAccount and verify your school email.

  • School email not recognized? Don’t sweat it! If our system doesn’t immediately recognize your school email, simply file a support request sending us proof of enrollment. We will happily step in and manually verify your school for you!

4. Claim Your Student Offer

Once your account is officially valid and verified as a student, look for the Student Account box and tap the “Continue” button inside it. You will then be prompted with your student offer!

💡 Quick Troubleshooting

If you just activated your student account but your features are still showing up as locked, the server might just need a brief moment to sync up with your device.

To get everything unlocked right away, you can easily force a sync with these steps:

    • Sign out of your account.

    • Force close the app completely.

    • Re-open the app.

    • Sign back in to your account.

The system sometimes needs a hard reset to properly detect the student offer. Please try logging out, force-closing the app, and logging back in. If the issue persists, please send a screen recording of the error along with your User ID.

We primarily recognize “.edu” domains, but we are constantly updating our database. Please send us your school name and email domain so we can manually add it. Once added, log out and back in to see the offer.

We can manually verify your account! Please provide your school name and attach a photo or screenshot of your student portal, Student ID, or enrollment documents showing the current date. Anything that confirms your active student status works. Once verified, the student offer will appear in your account settings.

Click on the Edit Content button to edit/add the content.

App Functionality

Sometimes, a transaction can take a little bit of time for the server to sync back with the app.

How to force a sync and unlock your features:

Sign out of your account.
Force close the app completely.
Re-open the app.
Sign back in to your account.

Following these steps should force the system to sync and make everything unlocked for you right away.

Billing & Refunds

Refund processes depend entirely on the platform you used to purchase your subscription. Please follow the steps below based on your payment method:

For Apple (iOS) Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through an Apple device, your billing is handled securely by Apple. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser and go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

  2. Sign in using the same Apple ID and password you used to purchase the subscription.

  3. Tap or click the dropdown menu under “I’d like to…” and select “Request a refund”.

  4. Choose the reason why you want a refund from the next dropdown menu, then select Next.

  5. Select our subscription from your list of purchases, then click or tap Submit.

For Google Play (Android) Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through an Android device, your payment was processed by Google. To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Open a web browser and go to play.google.com.

  2. Click on your Profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Payments & subscriptions, and then click on Budget & order history.

  4. Find the subscription order you would like to have refunded.

  5. Click Report a problem next to the order.

  6. Select the option that describes your situation, complete the form, and submit your refund request.

For Web Billing Purchases

  • If you made your payment directly on our website using our web billing system (rather than through Apple or Android), please note that refunding a subscription is not possible.

  • While we cannot issue a refund, we are always here to help you cancel your subscription if you need any assistance.

  • Alternatively, you can easily cancel your active subscription yourself at any time right through your Customer Portal to prevent any future charges.

Account Management

We are so sorry to see you go! If you wish to permanently delete your account, you can do so either directly through our mobile app or by reaching out to our team.

Important Note Before You Proceed: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will permanently lose all saved drugs, custom data, and information you have entered, and this cannot be recovered under any circumstances.

Option 1: Delete via the App (Recommended)

For the fastest resolution, you can delete your account directly from your device:

1. Open our app and navigate to your Account settings.
2. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and tap on Delete Account.
3. For security purposes, you will be prompted to enter your Password.
4. Confirm your password, and your account will be immediately deleted.

Option 2: Request Deletion via our Contact Form

If you no longer have access to the app, our support team can assist you manually:

1. Head to our website, navigate to the contact page, and fill out our Support/Contact Form.
2. Submit a request specifying that you would like your account and personal data permanently deleted.
3. Once our team has processed your request, we will send you a confirmation email letting you know that your account has been successfully removed.
