Vetpocket App Account Information

To get your account email, open the Vetpocket App -> Settings -> Support. You can copy your account email from there and paste it here. If you are on iOS and are using a private email, it will look something like this: [email protected]
Device Type
To get your User ID, open the Vetpocket App -> Settings -> Support. You can copy your User ID from there and paste it here.
To get your Transaction ID, open the Vetpocket App -> Settings -> Support. You can copy your Transaction ID from there and paste it here.
