Refunds are handled directly by Apple and Google; Vetpocket does not have access to your billing information or the ability to process refunds on our end.

For Apple (iOS):

1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Sign in and select “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”

3. Select the reason and the item, then tap Submit.

For Google (Android):

1. Go to play.google.com.

2. Click your profile icon -> Payments & subscriptions -> Budget & order history.

3. Find the order and click “Report a problem” to submit your request.
